Yes you will, but i and many other body builders dont suggest it while cutting since it gives you a bloated type of look and kinda makes you look like you have an extra thin layer of fat. Im cutting right now and im not taking it.

I would wholeheartedly disagree that creatine has no place in your fitness program when cutting.

The whole idea behind supplementing with creatine (I personally don't) is to increase the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) that's available when your muscles need it (it's like a blasting cap to a stick of dynamite). Greater explosiveness means potentially increased weights. Increased weight means bigger muscles. Bigger muscles (combined with proper diet) means increased fat burning.

Water retention caused by creatine supplementation is certainly nothing to be concerned about. It's a natural side effect. The fact that you are on a cutting path (moving towards increased body fat loss) means that you're not there yet. Smart application of effective methods to reach your goal is important.

Think about it for a second. Even though drinking a gallon of water a day will increase your water weight, it's a necessary part of the process of giving your body what it needs. Additionally, while eating 6-meals a day may seem excessive, most of us understand that it's a means to an end.

AS long as you are not taking ephedra, caffeine, or another diuretic, go for it. Make sure you get plenty of water before and after your cardio sessions.
