I wouldn't take an ECA stack as a workout aid. It is good for weight loss and used as such is safe. Take that in the morning and early afternoon.

You should take some protein and creatine post workout for best results. There have been some studies that show taking a carb drink (35 grams) and essential amino acids (6 grams) pre workout can help with protein sysnthesis. Drink lots of water throughout the day if using creatine. It needs water to work.

It's not a bad idea. In fact I rather like it myself.

ECA stack will give you greater neurological stimulus, which is more weight, more stimulus, and bigger muscles.

Not really that different from Creatine, imho.

The reason that I suggest not using it as a workout aid is that it constricts your blood vessels. Not a good thing when you are raising your heart rate. Researchers are wondering if that is what has been causing some of the strokes and heart related ailments while taking ephedra.

I'm not saying ephedra is harmful, just that it should only be used carefully in order to avoid any potential problems.
