I don't know where I heard it but I heard someone say creatine is good for losing weight. I thought to myself.. how is that possible if its for having bigger muscles and stuff so I wanted a second opinion. Im currently going for a more cut look and cutting down on my diet and running and still doing some weight training so I was wondering should I be taking creatine or not. I have two tubs so am I better off selling it or what?

Its not going to stop you from burning fat, but it can make you bloated with water and it will make you gain water weight when used properly, so you could lose fat but still have a bloated look and weigh more...
