personally i have heard mix reviews. i have heard using xenadrine
pre workout and the creatine post workout for maximum results. i have heard the caffeine will counteract the effects of the creatine. sorry i dont have any sustantial evidence to back either theory up. personally i am currently using both xenadrine and i workout in the evenings and take creatine post workout only. my current strength and
size gains are noticable with a slightly quicker recovery as well. mabye pyschological though. i'll keep you updated.
