Creatine causing pain?

I get this pain on my right side just below the point where my ribs end. This seems to happen only when i am on creatine. the pain is like a pinching inside. I had it the first time i took creatine and it vanished when i cycled off it. And now i started again two weeks ago and have got the pain again. Is it due to creatine?

Just drink plenty of water throughout each day as well as right after taking your creatine. The creatine should not be hurting your stomach or anything...as it is a safe supplement to take. Take in more water, you'll be fine.

If you are taking creatine with lots of sugars that might be doing it.

I experienced the same thing, but i was using the Creatine with Pre-Loaders. Once i used pure Creatine, it all stopped. So it could be the sugar.

That is where your liver is located. You might want to seek proffesional advice if the pain persists.
