Creatine Ethyl Ester, Protein, Superpump

hey guys,

i am new so give me some good replies and i will help other as much as possible too. i am pretty experienced with lifting, nutrition and supplements. but i have a few questions... i have a lean physique; 6'4 180lbs bench: 235, squat: 300, clean: 230, deadlift: 395. and i have taken no2, creatine and i always am taking glutamine and protein supplements. i was pretty happy with the results i got from no2 and creatine but that was over a year ago. i just bought cee-pro, it is ethyl ester creatine and i don't know if there are any differences i should know about- 1 serving of cee-pro is is 2.1 g of creatine and it says to take 2 servings a day should i take more??? also i have superpump 250. so far it is okay..any ideas?? i was thinking about trying the BSN mass stack which includes no-xplode, cell mass and nitrix is sounds good, maybe just because i see so many ads for it.. thanks guys

BSN mass stack? I dont fall for dumb advertising like that. The price of that is just nasty, and all those supplements in a day is just insane. Food comes 1st, then supplements.

Plus, you can get all the ingredeint expect the caffiene and protein from BSN mass stack in one supplement which is DYmatize Xpand. And it only cost about 30 $ for 50 serving tub.

Any ad that starts out saying "After signing Ronnie to the largest endorsement deal in the history of bodybuilding" screams stay the hell away to me.Like Max said, food 1st.And you can get a whole lot more bang for the buck with products like Dymatize or buying powders from places like Bulk Nutrition or Higher Power.
