It depends on where you're at. I don't live in the states so I don't know, but I think shipping was less than $5. Don't quote me on that though.

Just like anyone else who benefits from it. Increased strength and "fuller" muscles. I don't believe it has any effect on fat loss though.

For those wishing to lose their gut, but gain 30 lbs in approximately 6 months...would a mixture of creatine and whey protein shakes be appropriate?
this would be included with a 50/30/20 diet

i used to be anti-creatine because of the bad publicity (i would also say it was a steriod) but now finding out that those negative affects were from the lack of hydration i am neutral on the subject and maybe someday i might start taking it.

So the consencus is to take creatine on your rest days.. Would it be ok to take maybe half your dosage (workout days) on rest days just to keep levels up? Or do you suggest just take it every day and drink lots of water..

What is the best time to have it on rest days?

Most people use creatine in cycles....can you utilize half doses to extend your cycle?

Low rep and high weight greg2k

On average how much weight have you guys gained while using creatine during the loading phase and after that during the matinence phase? Also is there an exact amount of water to shoot for when taking creatine like a gallon a day or something?
