Creatine for a 14 year old

I want to start taking creatine to help me gain muscle. I know there are a lot of threads about creatine and the creatine FAQ. I have read thru the whole thing. My case is different because I'm 14 years old 5'6 171. I've been lifting for a year now. Have had significant gains in mass and strength which I am happy about. I want to start taking it but i hear some people cycling creatine loading etc. At the moment I'm taking protein which has helped I want to take both at the same time. A majority of you are saying that cell-tech is just a big hype . I want to try it. Not because I'm another newbie falling to their advertising but because of what I have heard on people using it. I hope I can get some help and also hoping this could help people my age thinking about taking creatine.

How many grams of creatince should I take per day?

DIsputes have been going on about taking creatine before or after a workout. How should I take it? i'm leaning towards right after a workout.

10grms total, 5 in the morning, 5 after workout, with your shake. and yes celltech is a bunch of overpriced crap. buy some regular creatine, then purchase some alpha-lipoic acid at wall-mart for 5 bucks, take 200mg 30 min before creatine and you will get almost the same effect as celltech.

I got optimum's creatine which was less expensive then cell tech. The guy at GNC told me if i didn't like it I could take it back within 30 days and I could get the cell tech for free. So you know what i'm going to do..... nah jk lol. I hope it works out for me i'll probably start taking it tomorrow any advice on how I should take it?

47 grams will likely send you to the hosp with dehydration or something...you'll very likely vomit your brains out as well. wait until you have at LEAST a years worth of training under your young belt before you take anything it'll help you out in the long run.

ok i got my stuff right it's 5 grams of creatine just something i miss said . I do have like 2 years .(trained really low in the beggining) . Well I'm going to start taking it today. I'm going to skip the loading phase for sure. I'll see how things go. How much water would u recommend? For now I'm going to go for a gallon.

well take it with some juice and drink about 24-32 fl ounces of water with that. drink about 16 fl ounces with each meal. and drink plenty before during and after your workouts. if you urinate too frequently then cut back a cup or two.
