Question

Creatine in tablet form vs powder form

Hi all,

What are your thoughts and experiences with Creatine in tablet form (1g Creatine Monohydrate) vs powder form?

I currently use the tablets. Got them for a good price (1000 tabs = 1Kg for £25) from a UK company called Nutrisport.

I have tried the powder in the past, but not properly as I was REALLY put off by the taste!

What do you think: is the tablet form worse or better, or simply no different from the powder form?

Cheers,
Hav

Basically you're wasting your time & money taking creatine in pill form.Take it in powder form.

The powder gets into your system faster which is what you want where as the pills will take time to dissolve. It's also more expensive taking creatine in pill form. Also just to get 5 grams of creatine you'd have to swallow a lot of pills. If you don't like the taste of creatine powder you should try Cell-Tech fruit punch. That stuff tastes amazing & works very good.

Im not sure if im correct or not but takign creatine in the powder form, you can mix it with water and the water helps transfer the creatine faster and more affective. I have used CELL-Tech and i had huge gains.
