Any help on
taking creatine caps?
heres the story:
Im slowly increasing my mass, but sometimes I found it difficult to cope with my diet plans, because 50% or more of the food I eat is
chinese food mixed with western food, (mum's asian).
So I figured I'd get creatine. I asked my father to send me some from brazil, and he got me some from optimum nutritition and something called Designer

So I was wondering, I try and tend to weightlift 3 times a week, with at least 2 times a week of cardio and sport.
When and How should I take it?
Optimum says 2 times a day, and for best results before and after the workout.
Designer says 5 tablets 6 times a day for the loading fase, and then 5 tablets after the workout.
Should a person take creatine after a workout? Or once in the morning then in the afternoon? (thats the way I take whey protein!)
