Whoah! Haven't seen a Creatine discussion here in a while! I'm excited!

I've used Creatine about 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years. It DOES work, and has very little side effects. Within the first week you'll put on about 5 pounds of muscle, and then another 3-5 after that. This may seem like progress, but the true test is after cycling off. After cycling off, you're going to lose muscle, but if your NET GAIN is > 0, it worked!

The reason I don't like Creatine is that it makes my face fat. Since I rely on my pretty face more than my bicep size to get girls, I had to ditch the creatine.

Yes, water loss. However, muscle is made of water. Lost water = lost muscle. Like I said, as long as your NET GAIN is > 0, you're making progress.
