Creatine Intake


Is it ok to take creatine btwn your workouts , in addition to what you take after the actual work out itself??

If by between your wrokouts you mean like halfway through a workout then no I wouldn't think there is any added benefit to that.

Me personally I take 5 grams of creatine before my workout and 5 grams right after my workout wih my protein shake. There was a thread floating around and I can't find it where this questions was hashed out.

Most guys, if I remeber right, take their creatine immediately after there workout and I was used to take mine about 45 minuted before.

DaLinkWent gave the core advice there. And the answer to your other question is, do what you feel best....some people only take it on lifting days, when I used to take it, I took it everyday to keep levels in the body up.
