If by between your wrokouts you mean like halfway through a workout then no I wouldn't think there is any added benefit to that.
Me personally I take 5 grams of creatine before my workout and 5 grams right after my workout wih my
protein shake. There was a thread floating around and I can't find it where this questions was hashed out.
Most guys, if I remeber right, take their creatine immediately after there workout and I was used to take mine about 45 minuted before.
