Creatine ...is it really worth it?

I have tried creatine 2 times in my life..

the first time I was in beginner stages and use that useless liquid creatine stuff... I gained plenty of muscle.. but I think it was more because of the beginner gains...

the second time I was in my first year of university.... along with my freshman 15 .... I got stronger... but it seemed like I was crazy bloated (water weight)... on it..(poweder form)...I didn't workout to to hard... I could have put more into it... but just wasn't the time...

after that second time I swore off creatine... but now I am having second thoughts again...

I am training really really hard now... and want to increase shear muscle mass this summer.... and use that additional muscle mass along with a proper diet and some cardio to decrease my body fat % .....

now my question is .... Is creatine really going to help me much? What ratio would you think creatine would help? 1:1.5?, 1:3? (no creatine:With creatine) ....

I guess it would be worth me trying creatine when I am extremely serious about my results to see how it treats me... but who know....

any suggestions/comments?

I liked creatine. I think it helps strength mostly. Give it a whirl man, I mean its dirt cheap.

I don't think creatine is worth it. I never tried it and I don't think I ever will. You can get plenty of gains from eating good and just whey.
