I've just finished my loading phase with creatine. I took 20g a day for five days. I'm starting my maintencence phase today. I'm taking the capsul form of creatine. Seven pills is 5g, so should I break it up and take 2 in the morning, 2 after lunch (about 1.5 hours before workout), 2 in evening with supper and then 1 later on that night? Or should I take all seven at the same time? Thanks.
