I have heard that i should have creatine post workout, then 15 mins later have my protein shake, then i have heard that i should mix it? what should i do? will the protiein hinder the absortion of the creatine, or should i just wait 15 mins after my workout
also is loading necessary, how does this loading cycle look
IMO there is no need for a loading phase of creatine, your body cant absorb all that! I think its just a marketing ploy by companies that sell creatine.
just stick to 5g post workout with carbs(preferably dextrose) and whey protein.
well i just started taking creatine on monday but from what i have gathered it is only neccesary twice a day...pre and post workout...pre because it gives me an energy boost and post well thats obvious.

im pretty sure u wont get an energy from the creatine u just took preworkout....probly the creatine u took a day before
