hi dude--i also use the bodyfortress hardcore formula creatine monohydrate powder and i take it with grape juice(personaly l like red or purple grape juice best)....i take it about an hour before i train..
i add 5grms of creatine with my
whey protein shake 3x a week just as a top up-using water not milk because i want the creatine to be absorbed as quikley as possible post work out ..

ps have you tried the bodyfortress
whey protein...it comes in vanilla-strawberry-banana and chocolate--taste great with cold water..mmmmmmmmmmm
