Creatine Monohydarte any good?

Ive recently purchased some BodyFortress creatine monohydrate in the powder form. Can anyone tell me if this is a good brand. it was around 15 pounds for 510g.

Also, I am taking it in warm/hot orange. Is this the best way to take it?

I have also used the search option for CREATINE. It brought up a lot of useful information and I have decided to take it with Grape juice. I have also seen conflicting advice regarding creatine in protein shakes.

Some information says its fine to have creatine with protein and milk. Others have said that milk will slow down the absorbtion of the creatine and protein? Can anyone shine some light on the situatrion?

Thanks

Cheers man.

Yeah Im currently using the chocolate and the strawberry whey protein but use 0.1% fat milk. Ive never tried it with water because I thought it would taste rank.

As far as the creatine goes, Im currently on a loading stage so I think ill buy some grape juice to get it into the system quicker. But just wondering, is it alright to take it with orange cordial and hot water? Because I heard that taking creatine with citrus gives a negative affect. Will this apply to orange cordial?

protein in water is good.... i like vanilla, i found chocolate in water to be a little foul in the dregs, its not too bad tho until that last mouthful.

Lightbulb

I never realized that milk would slow the absorbtion rate. I just started taking protien shakes this week and mix with 2%Milk. I'll try water next time and see if its worth it.
