creatine or glutamine

I will start taking one of these, but I'm not sure which one. Which would you choose, creatine or glutamine, if you could only pick one and not the other? thanks

Well, for the most part bulking, but (from what i have read) glutamine contributes to muscle growth and creatine results in quicker size gains. That is why I am still unsure about them.

It's hard to say, depends on what you want. Creatine is superior in cell volumizing your muscle cells (filling them with water) which increases the cell volume and provides energy and power for your workouts. This leads to strength and muscle size gains.

Glutamine overall has more, but different positive functions/benefits. It does help in further cell volumizing, it boosts your immune system, and prevents the breakdown of your hard-earned muscle gains. Your body constantly needs a steady supply of glutamine, as it is readily used up within the body.

In my eyes, both of these supplements are a MUST-HAVE! They have both been PROVEN to work wonders and there are no side-affects. Buy both if you can as they do serve different purposes.

Dude, what protein are you using??

Check to see that the protein does not already contain Glutamine!

If you have to choose one then go with the creatine
