creatine or whey protein


for my purposes of bulking and gaining mass, should i be taking whey protein or creatine?

BOTH! Protein is the major building block of muscles. Add creatine to get an extra boost. If you can only do one then make it protein.

id also suggest both, when u first start loading with the creatine in the first week u'll see some noticible gaines
