Okay, I finally got a protein shake recipe which makes the shake half drinkable but still better than just mixing water with whey. I mix 8 oz water with 1 scoop of vanilla whey and 3/4 of orange gatorade powder, the thing is though..
I'm going to start taking creatine and i've heard that grapes and oranges or anything citrus diminishes the effects. But is gatorade powder really the same as a actual orange? Should I find a new recipe if i plan to start taking creatine? Thanks
