Creatine Q

Okay. When i mix my creatine...it never disolves - it just globs up no matter how much i mix it. I cant drink it like that. Is this how its supposed to be?

Hmm, could be the make you have...what brand you got ?? Try mixing half the dose..it should dissolve better...then mix the other half after you drank the first.

this is because creatine won't dissolve, no matter how much or little you put it

it will form a colloid (most suspended, some settles) but thats it
