I don't bother with creatine any more because this is what happened to me.
I bulk up, but I lose definition because of the
water retention. When I
stop taking it I noticeably lose a lot of bulk because the creatine levels in my body goes back to normal and I don't retain as much water anymore.
So I just take protein now, figure thats the main thing muscles are built from anyway. I'm not saying creatine is bad, it helps a lot, but considering what happens when I don't take it I'm tired of spending the money.
