just wondering, how long does it take for creatine's water retaining effect to wear itself off after you stop taking it. main reason im asking is lets say im taking it then decide i need to drop a few pounds for a PL weight class so i decide to stop taking it so i can, for lack of better wording, drain myself.

If you want to lose water weight, go no carbs/sodium for a few days and drink tons of water, you'll probably go down 4-5 lbs, but thats just a rough estimate.
