This summer I`m gonna start
taking creatine. I dont plan on taking it for a long time though, maybe 3 to 4 months because I`ve heard some bad things about it(although they are questionable). I just wanna take it for a while to see what kind of gains I can get. My only question is will anything I`ve gained turn to fat after I
stop taking the creatine?
Also does anyone know if things like creatine causing sterility or organ problems are true? I`ve heard these things but I`m having a hard time believing them because so many people take creatine and you would think any effects like that would be more out in the open because more people would be affected by them.
