Creatine Question???

This summer I`m gonna start taking creatine. I dont plan on taking it for a long time though, maybe 3 to 4 months because I`ve heard some bad things about it(although they are questionable). I just wanna take it for a while to see what kind of gains I can get. My only question is will anything I`ve gained turn to fat after I stop taking the creatine?

Also does anyone know if things like creatine causing sterility or organ problems are true? I`ve heard these things but I`m having a hard time believing them because so many people take creatine and you would think any effects like that would be more out in the open because more people would be affected by them.

The gains you make from taking creatine will not turn to fat after you stop taking it, none of the muscle you build in any way will turn to fat. You may lose it if you stop exercising altogether but it will not turn to fat.

To date there are no studies that show creatine causes organ problems when used by healthy people. There are also no studies that show it will cause sterility or have a negative effect on any hormonal system in the body. The person who told you this may have been confusing creatine with steroids and even then not really given you truly accurate information.

Cool

Createin side effects?

Only one I can see, you need to drink a little extra water everyday. If you take in a gallon or so water a day then your good to go!

I've been taking for two months and I can only see good things from it. and unlike other supplemts out there, this has real science behind it.

I use my lips as a guide. If they feel dry then I need more water. I have a desk job, so I sip on water all day long... Usually I drink about 4 to 5 32oz. cups of water a day. Then at home I drink at least 3 or 4 32oz. cups of water. when i work out at least 3 20oz bottls of water during my workout... maybe I am getting too much water... But I piss clear and I never get cramps from createin!

Also, be sure to factor in the amount of cardiovascular work you are doing, as this will cause faster deydration. Creatine causes muscle volumnization, and so extra water is needed. (This is why some people notice increase in muscle mass after a very short period of creatine usage). Just drink water before, during and after you workout and you'll be fine. Aside from the creatine factor, you should be doing this anyway.
