Hahaha, I heard Ron Jeremy owns stock in creatine, eheheheh.

Myself, i cycle on/off per container. Basically most of the tubs I have found will get you by 6-8 weeks (bigger tubs). So i cycle off the same period i was on.

Personally I have read much more positive on creatine as of lately vs the negatives. Seems a lot of the negatives revolve around not drinking enough water. Just drink more water and you should be good.

Creatine is one of the few supplements that has been around and stood the test of time and has been finally gaining more and more support from critics.
