I would be most grateful for your opinion on something I've heard people in the gym saying:
1) Micronized Creatine has advantages over ordinary creatine monohydrate?
2) Taking creatine with sugar maximize muscle uptake?

1. Make sure it's micronized creatine monohydrate, and 99.9% pure may not be as pure as the companies may lead you to believe, try CREAPURE, which is supposed, to be guaranteed to be free from impurities.
