creatine safe?

Hi, Im currently 14 years old and am looking into increasing the effect of my workouts. I have been lifting for 4 years now and am 6' 2" 186 pounds. I was wonderng if using creatine at my age is safe. I am also wondering if it is also safe to use it while using a protien supplement.

Thanks for your replies

yes, and yes. make sure to use it correctly, with a proper loading and maintenance phase. make sure you get pure creatine monohydrate (look for the "Creapure" logo on the tub). avoid the junk loaded with sugars.
