Creatine Solving

ok i bought the GNC creatine, the unflavored kind with pure creatine monohydrate. well the thing is i am having trouble taking it.

it really doesnt dissolve very well in anything and its making me mad.

i am putting it in my protein shake but theres some at the bottom and it adds a weird bitter taste to the mix.

i was wondering how i can make the creatine become more dissolvable.

i have tried other kinds of creatines, that came with dextrose, and those dissolved very easily in water.

From now on buy "micronized" creatine. It's the same thing but the particles are micronized (way smaller), and it dissolves about 100% better than plain creatine. Problem solved!

If you ever use SANS v12 you'll notice that the juice powder mixes right in, but the creatine doesnt. Just means you have to sleush it around to get it all down. I have the powder you are using right now, if you are putting it in your shakes just put it in last so it is sitting on top of all the liquid and whatever else you put it in, that way it will mix better. I read somewhere that creatine doesn't dissolve in water, it just kinda spreads out.

OR

you can just do what Todd says, which sounds like an easy option, but do that once you are done with your current tub, cause that crap is expensive

I have used GNC creaburst and creadrive. The creadrive dissolves VERY good but as lots of sugar in it. Both taste good and dissolve easy in 8-10oz of water and a shaker cup. You want a little sugar with it. The sugar is a transport mechanism for your muscles to soak it up

Try those GNC kinds, worked for me and cost $$$ of each is pretty good.
