Well, without reading the whole thread and knowing this has been said, he is a dumbass.

Creatine is not a steroid, it doesn't even involve testosterone in any possible way.

Usually on creatine I hop up by about 5-10 lbs fairly quickly, then hover around there.

I cant beleive im not gaining either i must be the unluckiest guy in the world.
I take 1 teaspoon of creatine a day thats 3000g of protein and 12000 calories.
12000 is actually the minimum i intake a day cause usually i might have sandwich and a piece of fruit or something throughout the day.
I am beginning to think i must of got bogus creatine or something though because i just cant gain and i was expecting about 2lbs aweek for about a 20 week cycle since its a "steroid".

: man, how gullible can I be??? That's much better. I have one other goal to reach before I start taking creatine, but I am definitely interested in it. I want to make sure I buy the right stuff and take it the right way so you guys keep on talking about it so I can learn more.

I fell for it too ed, no worries.. LOL

On the creatine note, I am very anti-supplement but after having talked to people and researched it for a total of over a year, I decided to go for it. There are a TON out there. I bought Prolab's product because it's a CreaPure product and was highly recommended from the people I asked and talked to. It's about as safe as it gets and has been on the market long enough (years) that, I am willing to give it a go. I am very picky about what I put into my body. Do some research and see if it fits your goals.

Heck lift, let me know how it works out. It will probably be another 6-8 weeks before I decide to try it. I'm taking my time and listening to what people are saying here before I decide to jump into it. Not to mention the fact that I need to adjust and get used to drinking at least a gallon of water a day, which I finally worked my way up to last week. I try to take these new challenges one at a time.

Yeah well it's obviously going tobe a safe supplement. The idiots that go about saying stuff like it's highly dangerous can lead to liver and kidney faliure and stuff like fail to relise that it's already produced by the body (liver) and used in day to day acctivites. We are far from putting a forigen substance in our bodys.
