creatine off cycle

Do you all have any suggestions for what to do differently during a creatine off cycle which for me last about a week after 6 weeks or so on. Also how much creatine does beef have in it should I avoid beef for a week to further purge my body of creatine to prepare for the loading phase?

Off cycle for creatine simply means you shouldn't take any additional creatine but I wouldn't avoid beef because it contains creatine. Loading phases for creatine are unecessary.

I believe 1lb of cooked beef (16 ounces) has approx. 2 grams of creatine. So avoiding beef during your creatine off-cycle is not necessary b/c if you are eating enough beef to highly elevate your creatine levels, you probably would have more seriou health problems to worry about than just that.
