Hey?.Im 15 years old?.5?8 and weigh 125 pounds. I?m one of those hard gainers and I want to start to take Creatine. I?ve been working out for about 4 months now and been taking Whey protein and gained bout 12 pounds. However my gaining stopped just few weeks ago?dunno why. Now I?m new to this creatine thing so I?m wondering, when r u suppose to take it? With my protein shake after my workout? Or seperately?
How often are you suppose to take it?
What is this
loading phase?
How much should I take it on my workout days? How much should I be taking it on my rest days?
I?ve been reading that you should take the creatine with some sugar? Can I just take it with my post
workout protein shake mixing it with water, sugar and Creatine? Or should I take creatine mixed with orange juice right after my workout and then 10-20 min later, take my protein shake?
When should I start taking it? Starting now which is the track and soccer season even though I won?t work out anymore for another 2 months because of the 2 sports?(I do 100m sprints?I read in the FAQ that it should help with sprints?is this true) Or should take it after track and soccer season when I?m back to working out to see more results?
And anything else I need to know about it or u recommend?
