The "weight" they lost? Is it
scale weight? Because, as you know, creatine sucks water into the muscles. So, if you're not taking it anymore and you lose weight it is most likely due to the water that is no longer being held. Logically then, you would probably lose what looks like a bit of muscle size too because they are not as "puffed up" (for lack of a better word) with water.
So, it would seem that after
taking creatine for a while when you go off of it you may feel like you slip back a little, but I can't imagine it feeling like you've gone back to square one. Doesn't make sense.
