creatine weight

Alot of people say they lose all the weight they gain off creatine. I took creatine for 8 weeks and gained a little over ten pounds and its three months later and i didnt lose a pound of it, what weight effects did you all have when going off creatine? did you lose it or keep it?

The "weight" they lost? Is it scale weight? Because, as you know, creatine sucks water into the muscles. So, if you're not taking it anymore and you lose weight it is most likely due to the water that is no longer being held. Logically then, you would probably lose what looks like a bit of muscle size too because they are not as "puffed up" (for lack of a better word) with water.

So, it would seem that after taking creatine for a while when you go off of it you may feel like you slip back a little, but I can't imagine it feeling like you've gone back to square one. Doesn't make sense.
