Creatine: What carrier and product is best

What creatine product produces the best results while still being safe? Most people tell me Cell Tech gives most people the best results. However, I read up on it and seems that it uses your body's insulin as a carrier. It does this through the high amounts of dextrose it has. A product like this that throws off your blood sugar and causes your pancrease to work over time really doesn't seem all that great or safe. I don't know much about EAS Phosphagen HP, but from what advertisors say it is suppose to use proteins as a carrier. Is this better or should I say safer then using insulin as a carrier? Is it still as effective? Somebody let me know please. Please recommend anything you feel is safe and works well too. Thank you.

Insulin won't screw up your pancrease... trust me man you will be fine with almost any creatine product from any brand. All creatine is transported the same way, an insulin spike is used to make this process faster.
