Before you spout out "duh" make sure you know what the hell you are talking about. Sure, mix it with sugar and it will be quickly absorbed - and so will the sugar. Creatine mixed with water, or other liquid, will STILL be absorbed - just not as quickly (supposedly).
As long as you are absorbing the creatine before your next workout, you will still yield all the benefits. So the only choice you have to make is: do you want
added sugar, or dont you? It has nothing to do with OVERALL absorption.
