There's so much conflicting advice on Creatine, is this partly down to the different instructions that manufacturers give on the packaging, or down to individuals trial and error and what works best for them?
For instance, I have two containers of
pure creatine from two different manufacturers, one states 10g per day loading, 5g maintenance in hot/warm water, the other says up to 30g loading and 5g maintenance in
cold water.
I also read in a reputable mag that creatine, once mixed, lasts for 20 mins before turning into creatinine, is this true?
Can I take the amount suggested by others, from their own experiences, or should I stick to the recommended doses?
Also, in the same mag it suggested (insisted) that creatine is only of use 1 hour before a workout, i that true?
