creatine with cordial


hey guys
i ran a search and the answer wasn't clear.
i was wondering if it was alrite to mix creatine with cordial or coolaid?

is like syryp stuff that you mix with water. its mostly just sugar and atrificial flavouring. If your taking creatine monohydrate then i think taking it with cordial would be great cos you need to take it with some sugar anyway.
otherwise, i don't see how it could hurt

mix away. there isn't a lot you can't mix with creatine.
