Question

Creatine with Ephedra


Does anyone have any input on using Creatine along with Ephedra to shed the fat while increasing the muscle, is there anyone out there who has done this combo? Please advise on any negative interactions. Thank you.

One adds water and one takes it away, therfore they cancel each other out.

well creatine takes water from important sources that you need to replace to volumise your muscle cells and ehpedra raises your body temp and so using more water..... so basically get drinking

MuscleSerp i just started using both together. Just drink alot of water. I always have a bottle of water with me everywhere i go.
