After my workout I have a quick whey shake and 16oz of gatorade.... I am planning to add creatine to my diet and for my post workout creatine can I mix it with the gatorade? (IE I would put the gatorade and creatine powder together then pour water and mix).... IS this ok?

Plain ol' water will do that too! (Although I'll give you that there might be slight advantage to sports drinks...)

hangover

Yup drinking alcoholic beverages contributes to dehydration , which is a main cause for headaches(especially the morning after).

*Although I have never drank this is what Ive been taught

Don't forget Pedialyte. It is suppossed to be better than Gatorade at replacing electrolytes and the a grape flavor is really good.
