creatine's effects on appetite

hey i know that people who use creatine should drink copious amount of water. i was wondering if the acute increase in the amount of water consumed has a significant impact on one's overall appetite? the main reason im wondering is because im concerned that i will not be able to eat enough because my stomach is always filled with water?

Water goes through you pretty quickly. I'd say don't drink any water 20-30 min before meal time and you should be alright. Though, even drinking several glasses of water immediatly before eating never bothered me too much. Doesn't really matter how much I eat/drink, I'll be starving an hour later(this is good, though, used to be a struggle to get enough calories in).

Ever since i started bulking again (when i was at 182) i have been taking creatine. I'm 197 right now.

Does that answer your question?

it is possible, the hunger and thirst mechanisms may be related (according to my nutrition prof). she said if your body if telling you you're hungry at a time you dont usually eat you may need to drink some water. this differs from a lot of stuff on the net which say they are completely different pathways though
