lol it's just I was testing my cannabis plants nitrogen and PH levels in the soil around it at the same time you said that, and it was near perfect, so kind of had a double meaning, at least for me........

Are you planting in- or outdoors? What strain? I once planted Jamaica leaf in London with GREAT results.(on the roof of my flat)

LOL good stuff fellas!

Hey Steve, my cardio while 'on' will consist of 2 moderate intensity (75% of heart-rate max) sessions on a treadmill or stationary-cycle, this should suffice right?

I've been convinced BTW! I will start my cals at 3000 and build up to 5000 for the duration of my cycle.

Thanks for your help, Jock

(Hey Lee, remember to give it plenty of light! )

Goood choice on cals Jock, you'll be ok with that cardio, go for it bro good luck once again...... bust yo ass. And Steve I'm growing 34 white widow's and 18 northen lights. I got about 49 females in all which rocks, growing indoors in my loft, need temp control for the night as it gets COLD in there. hoping for 900g yeilds a plant or there abouts, maybe less for the widows I forced them into 12/12 flowering too early, needed more time in vegatative stage....oh well, be a good smoke im sure....if I were growing them to smoke...... hehehe. Hello new plasma tv.
