Crossing To The 'Dark Side'

Hey bros

After 2 years of research and 5 years of training I have decided to cross over to the 'dark side'.

Stats:

Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 170lbs
BF%: 15%

Experience:

Lifted hard for 5 years.

My Cycle:

Weeks 1-8: 300mg Deca (Norma) 400mg Test Enanthate

Ancilleries:

1) Nolvadex (10mg-40mg ed at first sign of gyno)
2) Proviron (25mg-50mg ed at first sign of deca dick)

Post-Cycle Therapy:

(Commences 3 weeks after last Deca shot & 2 weeks after last Test shot)

Day 1: 300mg Clomid
Days 2-11: 100mg Clomid
Days 12-21: 50mg Clomid

Diet:

I will build up my calorie intake until I'm eating an excess of 4000, using a 50% Carb 30% Protein 20% Fat ratio.

Training:

I will lift heavy, I will use 4-6 reps for upper body and 6-8 for lower body. Sets will be no more than 2-3, although I will probably mix this up after a while.

Goals:

30lb gain, after water loss and post cycle therapy I hope to keep 22-25lbs.

Top shelf advice!

Good luck to you Jock. Keep your head about it. Remember, they are only a tool. You rule them, don't let them rule you and you should be safe.

Thanks for all the words of encouragement bros, it means a lot to me that I have your support.

I have taken a lot of time over this decision, I've read several books and surfed numerous websites regularly, so it's not something I'm going in to with my eyes closed. I had the opportunity 2 years ago but I put it off to research a little more and develop my physique.

I'm now 21 and I believe I am close to my natural peak. I realise that steroids are a tool that can be very effective if used safely and responsibly. I also realise that diet is the key to growth and keeping a good diet and lifting schedule after the cycle is over is just as important as on the cycle if I wann a keep my gains.

If you wanna follow my progress checkout 'My Dark Side Journal' in the journal forum. I realise that there are not many steroid users on this board so I will do my best to give a balanced and unbiased view of the positive and negative effects of my cycle.

Good luck Jock keep us informed.

I know you have read around (as I have been), have you thought that you should wait a little longer? Not trying to knock you (you have trained far longer than me) but some suggest that 24 is about the age to start.

Besides that though, good luck again. Your 170lbs is my present target (about 160 at the moment) and we are the same height so I am interested to see what the Deca does for you.

Hi Jock-

May you have nothing but good luck and a bigger body at the end!!

Please do those before/after photos that were suggested previously- can't wait to see your results (I know I'll be reading your journal...).

Best of luck, Jock- and stay safe my friend!

Thanks again for your support guys, I will do my best to get some more before pics up (I have some in the before and after thread and in the premier members forum).

Iain, thanks for your concern, I've heard this too but to be honest I feel like I've waited long enough (2 years) and I need the extra mass for rugby as my lack of strength and size has been shown up several times this season.

I've trained seriously for 5 years now and I've taken advantage my increased levels of natural testosterone from the ages of 16-20 and I've certainly seen good gains but I belive that now the time is right.

Jock
