I am female, and workout 6 days a week, 40 minutes on weights and 40 minutes on cardio (right now). I workout first thing in the morning and eat all meals with Protien Shakes in between for snacks.
I just purchased a month supply of CUTS by GNC Pro Performance. Has anyone tried this product before and what were your results? It says to take 4 capsules a day - 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch.

Is this the same system as RELEASE that GNC offer because I am on something similar for fat loss. 2 red pills in the a.m and 2 white in afternoon and 2 blue in the evening.
