I have personally had some success with this product. However, it won't do much if you aren't working out.
Generally speaking, when you workout you are losing body fat over your entire body, and you can't do anything to burn fat off a particular body part (e.g. sit ups don't make you lose fat around your stomach any more than the do your face). Cutting Gel allows you to stimulate fat loss on a particular body part DURING exercise that would not naturally occur.
