My diet came first of all, I was taking a good diet to ensure I only
lost fat as far as it was possible, I lost 3lbs of fat per week for about 8 weeks, I went down to 8% BF, and then shot back upto 10 % . I had very good results I use it everytime I am on a cut, I have only got my abs to show whilst using the help of LS7, although that may be because im wiser now.. dont know, but I can ssure you it is good stuff as far as I'm concerned, the max amount of fat your going to lose is probably about 3lb a week, you can do this on LS7 if everything you are doing is right as well, my training was mostly cardio on my cut, I swaped weeks, one
weight training and then next all cardio... it worked very well.
