CytoGainer

I've was looking for a good protein mix when I came upon this product http://www.cytosport.com/products/cytogainer.html. Is this a worthwhile protein powder? It seems like the servings per container are small even for the larger size. It also seems to be loaded with Cholestrol - something that is already too high in my body and needs to be lowered.

How long have you been trying to add mass? What is the rest o fyour diet like? I don't think anyone should be worrying about weight gainer until they have their diet tuned in perfectly and are having problems consuming the necessary calories they need. Don't be fooled by the "only complex carbs" claims. This simply means that its loaded with maltodextrin, which is just weakly bonded simple sugars that will break down almost as quickly as regular sugar.
