Debate over 1-ad and 6-oxo


A friend and I were talking about these two products and I was wondering what your guys views were on them?

1-ad is decent...6-oxo is completely over rated...as for your argument, we need more info to really give you a helpful answer

Just if it was a good supplement, is it ok to take and use? What are the known side effects of it.

1-ad:gyno, aggresiveness,bloat(facial),weight gain(usually good), acne and so on...its a WEAK steroid basically

What do you think a good supplement is for helping build muscle? I have hit a wall for a whlie now and can't put anymore muscle on.

It's time to re-evaluate your diet and training routine. Anabolics are the only "supp." that will build muscle, but without proper nutrition, even those wont help.

I am switching it up to "shock" the muscles so they dont get into a routine.

Any idea on what to add/subtract from my diet to help build muscle?

Have to know what your diet looks like first. Probably have to bump up your calorie intake.

whoever came up with the "shocking the muscles" theory is an idiot. Dont ever tell anyone that your shocking your muscles again.

Eat more food

1ad is good choice to stack with m1t, but 6oxo is worthless for PCT.
