If you look at the steroid article posted by Steve there is a guy in Belgium that will tell you if it's real or fake if you e-mail him a digital picture or mail him an empty vial.

Your right bro, you wont gain anything. I remember seeing a lab test on real primo, and a picture by the side of the lab report. When you get it mail me a picture if your not sure and I will tell you what the deal is with your batch. If your buying more or less straight from a factory, then sounds like your all good to go. I'm from the UK, I would pay a little more for domestic mail though, international orders are getting very dangerous. I could get it cheap enough if I needed, I'm from the UK.

There is very little genuine Primo around at the moment especially here in the U.K, make sure your gear is legit and your source is reliable like Lee said.
