Definition of Protien Shake
Hey guys, I was just wondering what your definition of a protien shake was?
a) A couple scoops of Whey in water or milk or
b) a MRP shake?
As well, how often do you take it? Once a day, twice a day?
I have not taken any in a while, but last year while working out, I used to take about a half scoop of whey in water with every meal and it worked pretty good, but I'm wondering now, if that perhaps that was too much protien from powder... know what I mean?
