***Desperate for help!!!***

i've been genetically cursed with obliques that stick out in every direction. for as long as i remember, i've been giving my obliques extra special attention everytime i work the abs and so far i've gotten 0 results. does anybody have any helpful advice, exercises, or supplements that'll target and isolate the obliques?

also i've been considering purchasing a bottle of lipodermy-y from avant labs and using that for my damn love handles. whats yalls take on that?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Sorry to be the one to break this to you, but spot reduction is a myth. Your body has a genetic predispostion to lose fat where it will. You cannot change this.

Basically you are going to have to start losing fat in general until your body starts buring the fat deposits in your love handles. For men, this is usually the last place to go (For women it is usually the thighs).

Basically, clean up your diet, start doing some good cardio (HIT is great) and some weight training and start cutting =)

Welcome to the boards!

Diet and cardio. Get some ECA. I don't know if cutting gels work, but it's worth a try.

HIIT cardio 3x a week, ECA, yohimburn....that will shed it. Failing that, replace the ECA with clen/T3..... basically just listen to what Steve said, he's the man
