Sorry to be the one to break this to you, but
spot reduction is a myth. Your body has a genetic predispostion to lose fat where it will. You cannot change this.
Basically you are going to have to start losing fat in general until your body starts buring the fat deposits in your love handles. For men, this is usually the last place to go (For women it is usually the thighs).
Basically, clean up your diet, start doing some good cardio (HIT is great) and some
weight training and start cutting =)
