Can I find all of those products at GNC or some other nutritional store?

couple more questions guys. Are there already premade meals in stores that I can buy and microwave and it would give me a lot of protein and calories? I never tried that, because my mom ussualy makes food, but she's been on the diet lately so the food has less fat and so on. It sounds like I would have to eat A LOT and that would mean I would have to spend a LOT of money on food alone. I can't cook, just the basic stuff like omlet and so on Can I just go to Walmart and get something out of freezer and bring it home and microwave it later (in other words something cheaper, I"m still a college student and have to pay most of the bills) ? Let me know what you all do.

Here the website where you can buy anything you need Prosourceonline.com
about food eggs are very cheap and good in protein also hamburgers are cheap and easy to cook, you need to divide your 5000k over the 6 meals trust me is not so hard, I wish could eat 5000K a day.

thanks for all your advice, I guess I'll stick with creatine/protein. I went out to GNC today and got Cell-Tech, because they had it on sale and it was pretty much same price that all the other brands they had there. I also bought WEIGHT GAINER 2200 GOLD...just one serving bags for 1.79$...it has about 1100 calories per serving and 25g of protein, so I thought this should work for me. Also bought 100% Whey Protein (all this stuff by GNC Pro Performance, except creatine). Smaller bag too with only 14 servings, just to see if it works somewhat. But that thing tastes sooo nasty! All the protein powder I have bought last 2-3 time really tasted awfull, its harder to chug down that thing than lifting itself. Isn't there any protein supplement that doesn't taste nasty? I used to put it in blender and add some bananas or ice cream, but that taste was still always in the back of my mouth. they should make the contestants on Fear Factor drink a liter of protein after they eat some pig tongue or something.
OK, so how do I do this now? I drink cell-tek after work out, and protein shake too. When do I take that Weigh Gainer? How many times a day do I have to drink that protein and weight gainer, and what would be some advice on how to make that thing taste better (man, I hope Weigh Gainer doesn't taste that crapy). And about protein bars also. Let me just put it this way...is it better to eat three of those at work or three doublecheesburgers?

For you I'll choose the 3 doublecheesburgers, the protein bars to my knowledge
are garbage. The protein take them 2 times a day, the Weigh Gainer you can take it in the morning with your breakfast.
