Desperetly needing advice

hello. I really need your advice on weight gaining. I'll be 21 in couple of months, so I considered using T-bomb, because everyone says it works. The only thing I did before, was creatine and all the protein shakes. Creatine worked first, then it stopped working. I went off it for 3 months, came back to it and it still did nothing. I have very fast metabolism, and being tall, playing a lot of basketball, its realy hard to gain anything, but now I'll have about 2-3 months just for working out...I'm 6'4, 187lbs (although I was 198lbs just like two weeks back). So 2-3 months, I need 25-35lbs. I think my diet is set good, and I'll improve even on that when I start taking whatever you all advise me to take. I'm in gym 3-4 days a week, lifting, strugling, and not gaining any strengt or size...its seems to be the other way around. So I'm done with creatine and protein shakes, because last two buys were a waste of money, since it didn't help me a single bit. So should I take T-Bomb or could you advise me on any other supplement? because all this work that I put in and no results start to drive me crazy.

If your diet is already good, just "take" more of the same.

How many calories do you consume every day?
What's your maintenance level?

Until you know these numbers, you won't know what you need to do to gain weight.

Cheers,
Hav

I consume about 4000 calories a day..now the other question I don't kow the answer to. But I've been investing in the creatine for quite some time and last couple of buys didn't do any good whatsoever. So I get so frustrated after some time, I go home and think to myself that I have had enough...tomorrow I'm going to GNC and getting the T-Bomb, because everyone else says it will do the job for me. And then I find another forum like this just to be sure...and eveyrone here tries to say that I should go back to creatine and protein or whatever...well taht was pretty much the advice I received about 9 months back, so I got on creatine/protein shakes and didn't gain a single pound then and for about a year now. How about androstene? would that help me with my needs?

Try upping it to 4000 calories...

The fact is, if you eat more than your maintenance level you WILL gain weight.

What you eat and how you train determines what that weight is

Cheers,
Hav

In my opinion you shouldn't just toss the protein shakes out the window. The most likely reason you didn't gain any during the time that you were using them, is because you weren't eating above your maintenance level. Protein shakes are an easy way to get in a bunch of extra calories without having to make a big meal. Personally, I wouldn't take more than 1 or two of them a day though... you want most of your calories to come from whole foods.

It sounds like you already have something in mind.

Prtein/Creatine is a good combo, don't give up on that one. Do you take any vitamins? Most of the other supps are a scam.

the only vitamins I take is multivatimins...Centrum, or whatever. Why do you want me to stick to the same stuff though? if It showed nothing for the last 9 months? OK, I used all sorts of creatine, but I never used Cell-tek, should I invest my money into that? Is there a pill that has like a 1000 calories which I cna buy ant take to up my calorie intake?

Nobody here has all the answers, only opinions on what has worked for them.

So, Cell Tech is a waste of money (its so expensive because the advertise in all the sports mags).

No pill will give you 1000 cals. Eat more food bro. Its time consuming but that is the best answer. Even the pros on roids eat HUGE amounts of food. I am not a big fan of weight gainer but you might try it and see if it works for you. It kind of feels like you just ate a brick.

You seem really focused on the creatine. I wouldn't worry about it. Just eat more clean foods, and keep the protein shakes.

Creatine and protein its Ok to use, but you are a big guy you sure eat 5000 K
per day, and make sure that you eat at lest 200 protein per day in 6 meals.
Also you can use BCAA 4gm per day 2gm after work out 2gm at empty stomach. Also you can try NO2 Growth Enhancer Hemodilator, this is Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate which helps you at the gym pompin your muscle and stay pomp for the rest of the day, which help build your muscle. Try this for 3 months then comeback here and tell us how many lb. you gain.
About the brand I use NytroWhey Extreme from Prosource, if you use this protein you don't need NO2 because the Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is already there.
